New Year

2day's de last day of 2009... next year F1s are F2s and are finally becoming seniors....
now dis is wad i'm kinda worried about..

Bobo was equally worried [i thk] about us becoming seniors and having 2 teach de F1s.. wic are u lil ppl XP jk jk

the future of de lil people cuming into pmo next year are in de hands of de new F2s... gotta teach de basics... dun be lazy.. make sure dey understand...

i'm not as gud a motivater as Chun Hoe is... but i'll try cuming up wiv wtv advise i can cum up wiv...

kk.... so bout attitudes..........
i wud like to link to F2...
from wad i believe.... the quality of a product is always set by its creator... in dis case [ er... not saying u guys are prodcts or anythg.... X) ]... how well u guys can play de dizi are based on the people that taught u .... not refering to tan jie ar.. Tan Jie is a very gud teacher... i thk we were not so... if Tan Jie din cum dis year, i wudn't dare imagine whr de F1s wud end up now................

So now...i'm glad that Tan Jie has become a huge motivator in the learning process, but 4rm a point of view.... i feel as if his presence is not properly appreciated... yes skills on dizi playing has improved.... but i feel as if no one is willing to learn or sumthg... especially that particular lian xi during de holidays... wen only 3 ppl came... 3 people.. took THIRTY minutes to open pu jia. if i dun call it outrageous i dunno wad to call it... If u guys bring dat particular attitude to next year, using that same particular way to teach de new batch... sooner or later winds will deteriorate... i dun wanna cum up wiv an example, u can cum up wiv 1 urself...

during de middle of de year, u guys havent started he zhou... k .. nvm .... a little later wun't hurt.. i got a little worried.... but later after dat wen zhuzhang chu exam peices... i saw vast improvement in sum of u, wic i dare say i am very proud of. ;)

like i said b4... m not a gud motivator.... but de new batch is in de hands of de F2s especially wen we have concert next year... F2s will have to take care of yourselves as well... especially wiv de SuoNa! ;D

& well, actually i wanna apologize to you guys for not going for huayue practice & he zhou on saturday. i know i had told Chun Hoe & Eng Sim that i would only be skipping morning's guan mo hui cz i had some last minute (family & personal) stuffs to do, but i'm sorry that i didn't go in the afternoon too. i couldn't make it as i thought i could have actually done everything by morning but i didn't turn up that way. i'm sorry, especially to Yi Yan & Eng Sim.

am truly sorry that i didn't show up & so the board deco meeting was cancelled.

perhaps we could discuss about the board deco tmr? :)
ohhh & practical & theory exam is coming soon right? goood luck to all form 1s & form 2s! :)

And i m sure u all were awaiting this moment and celebrated for this..

I am not comforting u all but i m telling the truth..

Actually i didnt teach u all very well especially form 2..
Tan Jie is teaching u all and bring u to go higher..
i am sure u all can beat me next year..
I am not a very good team leader though..

I didnt spend enuf time on u as i cant take care of form 1 and 2 myself..

injured my finger bad on wednesday.... wic means wun b able 2 take exam.... feel sorta bad cuz 麻烦了seniors... 组长们，首席们，plus 钧灏 cuz he has 2 do last minute practise 4 于宁...

so anyways.. 2 wiks of 观摩会juz pass oni.. for de F1 dis is 1st tym u guys guan mo hui.. sum did ok but sum nt s gud s expected but of cuz u guys stil can 加多多油 4 practical n theory lyk bobo said ;D gt marching oso altho it takes up oni 10 marks or so....

n for practical.. juz 1 2 say F1 dunit 2 b scared... de fear of alot-of-ppl-staring-at-u will nt teman u cuz u wil b facing zhuzhang n shouxi oni... but de fear of a-组长-n-a-首席-staring-at-u may appear ><>< actually all u gotta do is be yakin about ur playing n trust me u

For me..
Honestly..
I really saw ur improvement within 2 month..
I mean all of u..

I hav already awared the situation before guan mo hui..
Flash back wat i said:

你们如果平时练习时有100%的功力，上到台上会降低到40%，甚至更低。。
因为你们会很紧张 ，很紧张。。
手指发抖，口缝走位，气不舒畅，脚发抖，有的会撒尿。。
所以。。
你们平时一定要练到200%。。
哈哈！！
