2day's de last day of 2009... next year F1s are F2s and are finally becoming seniors....
now dis is wad i'm kinda worried about..

Bobo was equally worried [i thk] about us becoming seniors and having 2 teach de F1s.. wic are u lil ppl XP jk jk

the future of de lil people cuming into pmo next year are in de hands of de new F2s... gotta teach de basics... dun be lazy.. make sure dey understand...

i'm not as gud a motivater as Chun Hoe is... but i'll try cuming up wiv wtv advise i can cum up wiv...

erm... i dunno how to start .___."

kk.... so bout attitudes..........
i wud like to link to F2...
from wad i believe.... the quality of a product is always set by its creator... in dis case [ er... not saying u guys are prodcts or anythg.... X) ]... how well u guys can play de dizi are based on the people that taught u .... not refering to tan jie ar.. Tan Jie is a very gud teacher... i thk we were not so... if Tan Jie din cum dis year, i wudn't dare imagine whr de F1s wud end up now................

So now...i'm glad that Tan Jie has become a huge motivator in the learning process, but 4rm a point of view.... i feel as if his presence is not properly appreciated... yes skills on dizi playing has improved.... but i feel as if no one is willing to learn or sumthg... especially that particular lian xi during de holidays... wen only 3 ppl came... 3 people.. took THIRTY minutes to open pu jia. if i dun call it outrageous i dunno wad to call it... If u guys bring dat particular attitude to next year, using that same particular way to teach de new batch... sooner or later winds will deteriorate... i dun wanna cum up wiv an example, u can cum up wiv 1 urself...

during de middle of de year, u guys havent started he zhou... k .. nvm .... a little later wun't hurt.. i got a little worried.... but later after dat wen zhuzhang chu exam peices... i saw vast improvement in sum of u, wic i dare say i am very proud of. ;)

like i said b4... m not a gud motivator.... but de new batch is in de hands of de F2s especially wen we have concert next year... F2s will have to take care of yourselves as well... especially wiv de SuoNa! ;D

& well, actually i wanna apologize to you guys for not going for huayue practice & he zhou on saturday. i know i had told Chun Hoe & Eng Sim that i would only be skipping morning's guan mo hui cz i had some last minute (family & personal) stuffs to do, but i'm sorry that i didn't go in the afternoon too. i couldn't make it as i thought i could have actually done everything by morning but i didn't turn up that way. i'm sorry, especially to Yi Yan & Eng Sim.

am truly sorry that i didn't show up & so the board deco meeting was cancelled.

perhaps we could discuss about the board deco tmr? :)
ohhh & practical & theory exam is coming soon right? goood luck to all form 1s & form 2s! :)

And i m sure u all were awaiting this moment and celebrated for this..

Actually i didnt teach u all very well especially form 2..
Tan Jie is teaching u all and bring u to go higher..

injured my finger bad on wednesday.... wic means wun b able 2 take exam.... feel sorta bad cuz 麻烦了seniors... 组长们，首席们，plus 钧灏 cuz he has 2 do last minute practise 4 于宁...

so anyways.. 2 wiks of 观摩会juz pass oni.. for de F1 dis is 1st tym u guys guan mo hui.. sum did ok but sum nt s gud s expected but of cuz u guys stil can 加多多油 4 practical n theory lyk bobo said ;D gt marching oso altho it takes up oni 10 marks or so....

n for practical.. juz 1 2 say F1 dunit 2 b scared... de fear of alot-of-ppl-staring-at-u will nt teman u cuz u wil b facing zhuzhang n shouxi oni... but de fear of a-组长-n-a-首席-staring-at-u may appear ><>< actually all u gotta do is be yakin about ur playing n trust me u

I really saw ur improvement within 2 month..

你们如果平时练习时有100%的功力，上到台上会降低到40%，甚至更低。。
因为你们会很紧张 ，很紧张。。
手指发抖，口缝走位，气不舒畅，脚发抖，有的会撒尿。。
所以。。
你们平时一定要练到200%。。

About the Exams..

Hey..
The latest news for our theory exams..
Erm..
Today's morning, i passed my paper the Yi Lyn and Wei Lian..
They said the papers very very easy..(Coz i think the papers set by chief will be very hard...)
So..
No point if u fail the paper..
All u can do is..
Study the text books and the handout that i have given out..
All the questions from there..(99.99%)

And the form 2..
U all hav to study the 牧民新歌，扬鞭催马运粮忙 and the 姑苏行... Hardy....
(i mean the 简介and the 乐谱..
All these three songs very important..
(all contained very high marks)
Remember ur 筒音作1 to 7...
This friday i will find out and study this with u..

Since ur theory paper is very easy..
So i will become very strict in ur practical and 观摩会..
I m not scaring u all but just want u hav a preparation..
I wont give 同情分，unless u say i m handsome and all that..
Den i will only minus 1 mark from the total..
haha..

Actually the form 1 hav covered all the songs,
not bad but still can improve it..

I understand how you guys feel, but well just keep it in our hearts. Tan Jie is teaching and I hope you guys get rid in other words, delete your posts about the incident or I will have to do it myself. I hope you guys understand alright. (:

Hey yo.. I am backed..

Hey.. After 7 days fighting in wars..
I finally come back..
So sorry as i have left the blog so long and now is the time for me to concentrate to u all..

Erm..
Here is the decision between me and Lian Fong..
Start from next week, i will teach form 2 for 4 days.. that means from Monday to Thursday..
Den he will take care of Form 1 for the same 4 days too..
Den on Friday n Saturday, i will form 1 and Lian Foong will teach the form 2 Suona.. 2 days..

Who is coming on any days den we will practice with him/her..
Coz i noe some of u cannot attend the practice everyday..
I will not force u.. ( see how nice am i )
Nvm.. at least u attend extra a day besides Friday and Saturday..
If i and Lian Foong absent for anytime, den self-practice la..(most properly we wont absent unless we go for trip-after-PMR.. XD
This schedule i will bring it to Chen Jie to check bout it..
If no mistakes, den we will do what we said..

Any problems, complains or better idea can call me anytime..
Dun keep the anger inside, its useless, u wont get any benefit..
Remember, "Kami amalkan adat perpatih"
The purpose by doing so is to improve all the skill together, i can learn something from ur mistake and u will learn from each other at the same time..

Hey guys this is Mei Zhuen. Well, I'm posting something here because Chun Hoe suggested to me :) ahah. Well, I don't really know what to say right now but your exams (and mine) are coming soon so I wish you all the best of luck and do well especially to those who are taking major exams.
